Great Portuguese bakery. Typical sandwiches, sweet bread, pastries. Sliced sweet bread rolls which makes great French toast !
I moved to New York 15 years ago. I come back once or twice a year and always order 60 stuffed quohaugs to bring home. They are always eager to prepare them in a timely manner and the quogaugs are the best.
We were in town for a cub scout event and saw this bakery so we swung in. Parking is terrible, but that's the norm for the area. The shop itself is small but full of great choices and very friendly staff. The sweets were very good. I was also super surprised at the low cost. We bought four pastries and a loaf of sweet bread for about $14. When she told me the total I asked her to repeat herself because I was so surprised. In Cambridge it probably would have been closer to $25-30.

The Portuguese Sweetbread here, is where it's at, very good. It's usually still warm, straight out the oven.
Best bakery in the city..My vavo used to get me lemon squares here & they are still the best I ever had..friendly staff, great atmosphere & very great prices & they take card not just cash unlike most bakerys..chorice rolls are amazing!

The couple of Portuguese women running the place were nice and quick. It was clean inside. I loved the pizza slices with chouriço. The whole area over here looks like it’s still 2006. Everything was Super cheap. I got like a weeks worth of bakery items for us for $11
This is such a delicious and authentic Portuguese bakery!! The sweet bread is delicate and so delicious! There are so many different pastries to choose from, the cookies, meringue, biscoitos and arroz Doce!! The staff is kind and very helpful. Take a drive to Cinderella’s!!!! It is really worth the trip! So yummy!!!!
